By now you probably heard about the ultra-Orthodox Hasidic newspaper, Der Tzitung , which "photoshopped" Hillary Clinton and Director of Counter-terrorism Audrey Tomason out of this now iconic situation room photo. Well, Der Tzitung has issued their explanation/apology and it does not fly with me. A portion of the apology goes as follows "Also present in the Situation Room were various high-ranking government and military officials including Secretary of State, the honorable Hillary Rodham Clinton and another female participant.Our photo editor realizing the significance of this historic moment, published the picture, but in his haste, did not read the "fine print" that accompanied the picture, forbidding any changes and published a picture omitting the female participants in the room" Here is the problem "omitting the female participants." I don't mind reading tech articles, and emails sitting at my computer, but reading that I could actually enjoy must be done in proper comfort. So 1.5 paragraphs into a bit of writing from j.scottgrand I knew what I had to do. Cut, paste, save as .doc and email to my Kindle. Now I can go curl up with (a fraction of) a very good book. Now that I am up to six pages of apps I honestly need a better way to organize them than doing it on the phone itself. Using the iPhone to organize it's apps is like sorting the contents of six boxes. But you can only uncover one box at a time. AND any item moved must pass through all boxes between it's current box and it's final box. Geeze! Even explaining it is frustrating. Why cant I just have a nice drag and drop method within iTunes... like I have mocked up in the above image (click for larger.) By the way No. 7 on this list helps the process, but not very much.

Let's face it, our Robot overlords are going to be here soon enough. They will be massive and made of metal so all of us squishy, meat-bags will have to do what they say.
